Who we are
We are ‘C-19 Cafe’ trading as ‘Long Covid Cuppa’. We are a constituted community group run by people with Long Covid living in Central Scotland.

The purpose of our website is to help members of our community to live better with Long Covid, CFS/ME, other post viral conditions or any other long term debilitating condition.
Your data
You may choose to provide us with your name, title and your email address for the purposes of us communicating with you. We store this information securely in an online email package. Only elected members of our committee have access to this information. We will remove your information on request. This information will only be used to send you notifications of meetings, provide updates on activities and sessions, to ask your opinion or input on our plans and proposals.
We also collect visitor’s IP address and browser information for the sole purpose of understanding how our website is being used. This information is collected in tracking and analysis capabilities provided by a third party, which may change from time to time.
Media
We always obtain permission before uploading peoples image on the pictures displayed on our web site. If we have inadvertently uploaded an image without this permission being given, or if you wish your image removed for whatever reason, please let us know and we will remove the image as soon as we can.
Cookies
We do not use cookies on our website. If we decide to change this we will notify all our members by email and update this privacy policy.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with any other organisation, except as described elsewhere in this document for the purpose of retaining your data securely. We will never sell your data, and we will inform you promptly should we become aware that anyone outside our organisation has accessed your data.
How long we retain your data
If you give us your data so that we can communicate with you, we will retain that data until you request that it is deleted, or we decide that you are no longer participating in our community or the organisation is being wound up. If we have deleted your data inadvertently you should simply reprovide your data through the web site.
What rights you have over your data
If you have given us your data, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
