Resources
These are some online resources that we have found useful:

The Community Empowerment Fund (part of the broader UK Shared Prosperity Fund or UKSPF) is a community capacity building initiative that aims to boost local community projects across the Falkirk area.
This fund enabled us to develop and operate this web site, to purchase the tools and assets used on the web site, including our our newsletter capability and it enabled a new volunteer position. Our volunteer provides us with the skills and know-how to keep this web site going.
We are very grateful for the support provided, from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund via Falkirk Council to enable this work.

CHSS have been providing support to people with Long Covid for over 3 years. This service is funded by the UK government.
They offer telephone and online support, online sessions, and have a wealth of long Covid knowledge built up over the last few years.
The Cuppa Group have recently entered into a Peer Partnership with CHSS to help support our members and others who are living with Long Covid.

If you help to look after a partner, child, relative or friend who couldn’t manage without you due to disability, illness, addiction or frailty, then you are a carer. Often carers are unaware of the support that is available for them and the person they care for, or what they are entitled to.
We aim to ensure that carers of all ages are recognised, valued, receive the information and support they need to allow them to care with confidence and in good health, and are empowered to have a life of their own outside caring.
If you live in Falkirk or Clackmannanshire, please contact the Carers Centre by:
- Phone: (01324) 611510
- Email: centre@centralcarers.co.uk

The NHS Forth Valley Post Acute Infection Syndrome Service (PAISS) (formerly the Long Covid service) provides care and guidance to people in Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire living with Long Covid and similar conditions. We have worked closely with this service since its inception.
Several Cuppa Group members provided lived experience participation throughout the setup of the Forth Valley services, and continue to do so. Every couple of months, the Long Covid facilitators come along to our Cuppa meetings and give us updates on service development and any changes being made to Long Covid care.
We are delighted to continue to work with Forth Valley NHS, to provide lived experience and to give our genuine feedback on the services provided.
