Our next meeting will be on Friday 12th December 2025, 2pm to 4pm

Cuppa meetings are held on Friday afternoons from 2 to 4 pm in Upper Braes Parish Church, Main Street, Brightons, Falkirk. FK2 0JT

Everyone is welcome to come to our meetings, we are always pleased to meet new people and welcome new members. Before coming to your first meeting, please get in touch, let us know who you are and read or have read to you our Group Agreement.

Usual Cuppa for all our members with additional buns, cakes and sweets, both gluten full and gluten free!

While we enjoyed our cuppa, cakes and chat, two professionals from the Falkirk & Clackmannanshire Carers Centre sat with us and explained the fantastic work they do to help support carers in Falkirk and Clacks. Now added some info and links on our Resources page.

While some simply enjoyed a cuppa and a blether others joined in with the relaxed activity session; assembling colourful, stunning and personalised Christmas Wreaths under our Noreen’s careful and skillful guidance!

AHP = Allied Healthcare Professionals which are physios, therapists and other non medical specialists.
